Quite masculine and brooding. Intense dark fruit. Gorgeously supple and deep. Almost exotic with its intensity. Very sexy and delicious

Wow! Voted wine of the night almost unanimously. Beautifully evolved, complex and identifiable in terms of vintage, producer and aoc. Showing some stems and wood (very dujac) with light hoisin sauce, cherry and rose petals. Just stunning... thanks @Ben Edwards

Dark ruby. Animalistic nose that reminded me of 99 Rostaing Côte Rotie Blonde. Blood sausage, black fruit, ripe red cherries, soy sauce. Closed down in the mouth and stuck in its shell. Crazy structure and fruit. Needs time.
