What a class act. A muscular, stony, well-defined thoroughbred of a wine.

2013 Blanc. There is a lot of stuff going on in this wine. Broad, Rich, oily texture paired with just enough acidity to keep you coming back for sip after sip. Ideal at room temperature. Delicious!

Smooth. Round. Luscious. The 2009 wasn't just their best year, it's the best white wine I've ever had.
Plays well with chicken roasted in butter, slow-cooked pork, and squid ink pasta. Also, think earthy flavors: carrots, potatoes, mushroom and truffles.

Smooth. White flower. Slightly bitter, but elegant. This chooses a serving temperature, not low, not high. @918/50(8640), F Enoteca, 190205
