Nose of sea shells, lemon peel, vanilla, and some spicy white pepper.

Palate of lemon candy, honey, vanilla, with mild citric acidity and that saline minerality.

We had this with some delicious spicy Indian influenced clams (thanks Scott!). The richness of the wine was a great foil to the dish. Yum.
