Gooseberry, kaffir lime, elderflower, white flowers, chalk. Vibrant acidity, mineral rich texture, medium bodied, crisp grapefruit pith-flinty-saline finish. Mineral driven, subtle aromatics amplified on the palate, quite complex for a young wine. A lesser ripened-terroir driven Sancerre.
