Absolutely delicious Syrah. Decanted for 5 hours which was a good call. Very deep red verging on purple in the glass. A ton of beautiful dark red fruit, some olives, some meat, but mostly just deep dark fruit. After the decant the tannins are really very seamless. Very nice acid on the finish. Absolutely perfect with a beautiful rack of lamb for Easter dinner.
