@Delectable Wine this is the Beaune 1er. Pop and pour. A touch austere at first, but really needed air to get going. After 1.5 hrs much more giving. On the nose: a touch of game, pure wild strawberry, soft cola, a hint of stems. On the palate: fantastic acidity, savory red fruit, which complements the nose so well, brambles, and a dusting of tannin on the close...stunning with some air.
