Bright, shiny happy juice. Less fat then this wine can get. But still a gem. Good acidity but not great. Good fruit. Mid-palette weak. But I wouldn't say no if you offered me another bottle!

Nicely aged, concentrated and blooming. Not a huge fan of older Lafon and especially Clos de la Barre, but this particular bottle was pretty an exception. Not great, but very much good.
