Tight and reductive initially, but opened up beautifully after some time in a decanter. Cigar box, black cherry, cedar, dried wildflowers, stewed tomatoes. Cranberries, brine / celery salt, cherry cordial. Mere kilometers yet a world away from Burgundy.
