Really lovely take on the sous voile style. Balanced and not at all aggressive, with primary green apple and sea salt flavors. Reminiscent of a softer take on fino. Rounds out with a little nuttiness, but it comes through more as salinity than that roasted and curried note some have. And all for $25. Special.

Cant decide if I love or hate this wine. Oxidized per style, with a nutty sherry type finish. Acidic, food helps with the bite. Had over two nights and still perplexed, but kind of want some more.
