Apple juice. A little sour, probably from the sur lie. Low ph and nice saline. Very fleshing. Obvious choice is to eat with oysters

Some bottle variation in this batch--Kermit, check your shipper! Not as crisp as I am used to in a Muscadet, doesn't immediately make you want a plate of oysters, but not a bad wine on its own terms. Me, I think Kermit's petit Chablis is a better deal--one that does make me think of oysters!

Nice Muscadet. Green apple, off-the-charts acidity, yeasty-leesy but not excessively so, fairly weighty, and really good with Chimichurri chiken with extra Urfa pepper flakes added. Great value, too! I shall be visiting the KLWM store again soon!
