Hi I'm '16 Pepiere Clos des Briords and I'm about as close to perfect as a wine that is bottled ready to drink for under $20 gets.

Green and yellow apple, lemon curd, golden pear, bit of chamomile, definite saltiness, slight nuttiness, minerality, wet stone.

Low alcohol, high acid, dry dry.

Love from first nose.

Just a baby.

Really buttery and light, chalk, lemon pear and a ridiculously pleasant and floral fruit smell clear really deep wet mouthfeel

Nicely paired with sundried heirloom tomato & goat cheese frittata
