Very mineral nose: chalk, crushed oyster shell, some strong citrus scent too along with a petrol thing. Superb palate with a wonderful balance, some strong acid backbone, lemon all around, some great width with a soft touch on the sides, some discreet passion fruit and other exotic fruits here and there too. The persistence is crazy and start from a huge mid palate which kick-starts a finish that lasts for ever. Lemon, chalk, small white flowers, some exotic touches in a firework of a finish. Well crafted grand cru is another league (even if I preferred dauvissat's premier cru la forest 2011)
