Needed a dry wht wine for my French Style Chicken with Tarragon and a Smokey Bacon Salad with a warm Mustard Vinaigrette. Found it a wee bit dry for sipping but really nice with the chicken and salad. Made the wine less dry but more body?..Would serve it again with this type of dish(es)🤔
