A 100% Cab Franc still Blanc de Noir, which I blindly guessed was Sauvignon Blanc. What? A well assembled hazy pale with silver green skin, screeching acid, and a viscous body. Aromas are light and tropical. Flavors of bitter white grapefruit, lime zest, and fresh pineapple.
