Stoney, raspberry, cherry heaven. Pure fruit. Youthening up. Wide open and so so complex. Sickness. Very very perfumed. Savory. Wow, what a palate. Massively concentrated and deep. Superb cherry pastille fruit. Dank and deep. Big structure and stoniness. Finish is super longer.

Really complete now. Starts out savory and sweetens up with air. There are such excellent chiseled minerals that get cut with air at the same rate that the fruit gets sweet and fleshy. The fruit gets more pink too, more raspberry than cherry. The savory component changes with air in a non-linear fashion, but it’s an excellent forest smell, wild maitake and violet. Really well resolved. Such fine tannins. Compared to the Thörle, which has more aspects to it, and now seems composed, this feels so much more organic and soulful. There’s not a jagged edge in here. Great.

Notes of forest fruit tea on the nose. Tight acidity with a fruit core and fine tannins on the finish. Interesting and enjoyable.
