May be the ultimate bistro wine. 13%. Extreme freshness; goes down like water, but has enough going on to pair perfectly with a spicy pasta bolognese. Baudry doesn’t really miss.

A bit more brett than the last two. Still delicious.

Drank over 2 days.
The nose is quite typical with green pepper bell notes, cherry, Cola and a bit of funk yesterday that went away after a while. The palate is very well made with a big bright cherry note, almost a sweet touch, a great width, a soft, dusty mouthfeel that expands in the rear with cherry notes, a bit of menthol to add a fresher note. This is lovely, in a natural/minimum intervention style. I love this and can't wait to taste their single vineyard cuvée.
