Interesting. Hints toward acidity, seemingly evaporates from the palate before much can be detected. Very tart apple and stone/ mineral flavors.

Le Feu 2011... had my first bottle in 2014.... easy, light, simple. Waited and now it's complex, golden.... lovely wine. So glad I saved a bottle.
