Soft, round, and mouthfilling, it’s slightly sweet and has a darker personality than one would expect from a Riesling. Long, lip-smacking finish. The acids are soft, but it still seems balanced, albeit on the voluptuous side.

Acacia + pure, vinous sap + marzipan + electric acidity. Hengst is French for stallion, and this fits the bill. Superior!
