Domaine Hurst Vintage 2016 Cremant d’Alsace | I’m impressed. Combination of Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois. 48 months sur lie (!) and that gives this Cremant great character. Beautiful smell with jasmin, good acidity and great balance. Perfect alternative for champagne.
