Green & bruised golden apple, cream soda, light colored citrus bend, lime aid, ripe pineapple, grainy chalkiness, delicate volcanic minerals, seashells, whiff of brioche, jasmine, yellow lilies, very round, nice acidity and a nicely polished finished.

This 1983 from an original disgorgement was terrific, showing a mature complexity yet still feeling lively and energetic. Perhaps not the grandest Dom Pérignon ever, but delicious and satisfying.

Absolutely delicious. Not super complex, but very easy to drink and enjoy, even at this very early stage. A terrific bottle of the 2009.

What a tremendous disappointment this was. Zippy, bouncy bubbles culminating in a flat palate. This wine should be so.much better for.the notoriety, name and vintage.

Iced down and too cool upon popping the cork. A briney, smoky, creamy citrus florality weighted lightly with airport tarmac - rubber and diesel. Compellingly faceted - a perfect bubbly for this October beach dinner.
