Our local purveyor being out of Raul Perez’s Atalier bottling we needed a substitute and fast. This is a fabulous wine. Extensive time on lees, bottle aging. Initial funk on opening, decanted an hour. Huge acid, great salinity and creaminess take this to the next level. Aromatics on point. Great work.
