Coteaux Bourguignons Gamay

A tossed salad of pine needles, red currants, a splash of cranberry juice and a nub of chalk.

Solid gamay. Bright bing cherries, good acidity level, the 2015 definitely has a big leg up on the 2014.

Crushed the dry aged pork at Novel in KC. Thanks Ryan Fry and the new wine director Emily at Novel, list is tight.

You know those friends who drain you of you're Pinot? Stick a nipple on the bottle and hand to them. Raspberry and spice, bright acid.

Raspberries, high acid, little note vanilla

Lovely Gamay. Fruit forward of cranberries and orange zest. Well rounded finish of nice earthy notes.

Table for one. Sashimi and all

A well balanced wine. young and light, gamay is supplemented by pinot noir which brings complexity and depth. it is a very beautiful blend that evokes Bourgogne as well as Beaujolais. To drink refreshed, 12 degrees.

Blackberry and black cherry. Fruit forward and very enjoyable.

Pretty funky, obviously s natural wine. Didn’t charm me, if it was another grape, I might be forgiving but since it is a pivot, you come to expect things!
