Gorgeous wine, classic Napa Bordeaux styled cab. Only 12.5% alcohol, good luck trying to find that today.

The 1992 Volcanic Hill is finally shedding its wall of tannins and revealing gobs of fruit, earth and integrated spice. A pure joy to drink. Humming along at this stage, thinking it has reached its peak of pleasure.

熟成感たっぷりで、後味に酸が感じられるのが特徴。後味に酸が残るタイプは個人的には好きだなぁ。

Not really showing its aged with the color, scent of taste. Berry type fruits, spices, leather, it’s fresh, small animal side that will disappear with air, mint, so fine, balanced and long. Got to have more of Diamond Creek’s older wine, they are just so good. Superb (93)

Made of Cabernet-Sauvignon, but also contains a small amount of Petit Verdot. Aged in 50% new, French oak barrels for up to 22 months. Alcohol level of 12,5%
