Cidy Correa Pedersoli, Diamond Creek's ubiquitous host and all around amazing person, knows how to throw a great pairing together. One of the most historic and consistently highly-rated wines in Napa. Red Rock Terrace is my wife's favorite because she is a lover of earthy expressive wines.
