Dry Moschomavro

I’ve always loved greek whites(esp. assyrtiko), though admittedly don’t have a ton of experience with Greek reds. This was fantastic. Xinomavro always reminds me a bit of nebbiolo, and this tasted like really f’ing good nebbiolo with that dusty floral tar sour cocktail cherry thing going on
