Fun, easy drinking red blend from Matthew Rorick. Ripe cherry, red and black berry fruit, a dollop of vanilla and oak, and a touch of marzipan. Juicy acidity and some soft tannins keep the fruit in check. Reminds me of Bogle’s red blend, but the winemaking techniques are definitely more appealing.

Very tasty, lots of cherry flavor but not too tart. A bit spicy and finishes very dry, a bit harsh on the nose though.

Notes of vanilla, bright cherry, touch of spice. Medium bodied, smooth finish. Fun to drink and overall balanced - like an amusing wine sporting a handlebar-stache should be.
