Warm spices, dark berries, wet earth and wood, reminds me of a black forrest gateau, clove and black pepper. Layered and so delicious. Hints of rhubarb, nice blend of tart and sweet stewed fruits. Candied bacon, gamey notes, cured meats. Fantastic wine. Hands down one of my favorites
