This seemed a bit overextracted on night 1, with a little scorchy note on the nose and some bitter tannin on the finish.

But on night 2, that’s all gone. Nose is showing plummy, sweet dark cherry fruit, moist leather, and some humid gravel. Soft and savory in the mouth, with fine-grained tannin and a long finish. Not super complex but very nice. LET IT BREATHE!
