Guibert de la Vaissiere Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

Disappointing. Big vintage variation with this producer as the 2009 was awesome. Very similar to my previous note but maybe lacked even more depth and structure.

1hr decant, but should have just PnP’d. Lovely nose of cherries, tar, and must. Wine has decent flavor but is rather thin. Finish is tart and rather short. Probably just past prime drinking age or at one of those weird states. Nice wine but expected more. Pretty good QPR.
