Intense purple brown clouds fill the glass and block out any sunlight. It looks chewy, but there is no sediment.

Craisins and dried rose petals on the nose and they stick around after a few sips. Muddled and unrefined... it almost tastes too old. I’m guessing in addition to not being filtered there must be almost no sulfites. It bends into this weird funk, but after 24 hours of being open comes back again, though it’s just what it was at first.

It’s interesting, good for research, not very tasty to drink. One glass is enough.
