Gave this about 45 minutes of air. The nose was all power. Big dark cherry & strawberry fruit aromatics. More power on the palate. Rich dark fruit with more concentration than expected. Tannins are chalky with a good grip. This is showing well, and is a genuine pleasure to drink. Not terribly complex at this point, but not sure if I’d be asking for that from this wine.

Love Bouland's stuff. This one seems a little young but still very tasty. Gave it some air and slight chill. Good purchase

Not you typical Beaujolais.. a little bit on the tannic side ... but still light, fruity and with a strong mineral character ... great wine that could be enjoyed with almost everything ;)
