Delightful ramato-style ("coppered") Pinot Grigio with pineapple and yellow apple, citron, touch of guava. Very nice acidity, I'd pair this with spicy grilled shrimp, roasted salmon, grilled bird of any kind, maybe a good taco wine! Great alternative to rosé.
