Superb. Notes of bramble, spice , autumnal forest, and mushrooms. Wonderful tension and super lively. Victoria is the place for Australia's most interesting wines.

This is an impressive wine. It’s developing lovely secondaries yet retaining vibrancy and acid, making it a prospect for being even better in time. Right now I’d choose the 2004, but in a few years that will change.
