Served the wine at 18 C per the maker’s recommendation. Reddish-purple color, clear. The scent reminds me of puréed blackberry. Notes of cranberry and mild tannins on the finish. Drank it by itself, but I could see how it’d pair nicely with dark meat or something spicy.
