I have to admit, I picked 3 stunning wines for the latest #thetcwineclub box. This @cragg_cru_wines 2017 Fiano from SA’s Langhorne Creek was divine! It was also a great match to our sweet’n’sour pork.

Fiano is a white Italian grape variety. And we’re starting to see more and more of it being produced in Aussie which is great as I’m a big fan.

In the glass it’s a brilliant yellow-gold colour. Sweet fruits come through on the nose alongside hints of pear, florals, hay, grapefruit and a touch of honey. In the mouth it’s juicy and coats the mouth with flavour yet it’s fresh and very approachable with notes of nectarine, candied lemon and pear. There needed to be more in the bottle!

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective & always evolving, so make sure you drink what you enjoy! #winesample
