Isidora Maipo Valley Sauvignon Gris

honeysuckle, jasmine, gravel, nutmeg & cashew...plus canned peaches & allspice ~ more viscous & oily than I expected ~ would love to try this with prawn spring rolls w Thai sweet chili

Super fun white from Majpo Valley. Sauv Gris brought along with other Bordeaux grapes in 19th Century and thought to be SB. Juicy pineapple, peaches, citrus and herbs. Delish!

A very light and refreshing style lemon and green melon light briny notes. Tongue tingly acidity and a tough of green peppercorn

Citrus, especially grapefruit. Grass, lemon, acidic. Need to find a good food pair perhaps.

Love this wine! Unfortunately very hard to find. So unusual. Great nose and finish.
