Cru De Beaujolais Morgon Gamay

Took a few days to really open up, but it was worth the wait as it was very sour and unpleasant when first opened, even a few hours later. Four days later and it has plum, dark red fruits and anise on the nose. Cherries and black currents on the palate. Nice with cheese and charcuterie.
