The Optomist Reserve McLaren Vale Chenin Blanc

This beauty just gets better and better.
With a few years under her belt it feels like she's running a marathon not a sprint.

Tasty AF! Solid oak time.
Chenin treated as Chardonnay. Love it.

Even better the second time around served a bit warmer. Smoky, flint notes have started to appear.

Absolutely loved this reserve chenin. Bit of barrel work and a beautiful textural component to it. Drive and finish were bang on too.
