Mediocre - sweet at first, but not much flavor after that.

Rich yellow in color which, along with the thick legs portends the weight of this wine. Very big in the mouth with an intense palate of tropical fruits and yellow and white flowers recalling the nose. Needs more acidity to balance the fruit, -- weren't previous vintages like that? -- but tasty nonetheless. Spicy foods are its friend.

Residual sugar of auslese resiling with the butter and alcohol of American chardonnay. A cloying and garish granny wine.

Luscious white blend. A bit off-dry with aromatic notes of peach, honeysuckle, apricot, and exotic spice.

Fresh and racy acidity, sharp fragrance of stone fruits and tropical fruits: nectarine, lychee, guava, honeydew melon, white blossom, undertone of wet stone minerality. Perception of sweetness is very high with predominant fruit. A very approachable, fruity and refreshing white for all tastes to start off the Super Bowl!

Conundrum White 2012. I guess this is what the masses that don't drink "sweet" wines like ?!? Sure plenty of weight, but the only freshness seems to come from CO2 and not any acid or mineral notes. Flabby with an artificial edge to banana and mango tropical notes.
