Well balanced with minerality and tartness, not chewy. A little bit of butteriness which balances it out. Valentines '17! Overall clean pure well balanced.

A lovely classic pale straw-gold color with substantial effervescence. Foxy citrus nose and taste. Sweet, but clean, not cloying. A pleasant little cava on a Sunday morning.
