My last bottle of 2012. Inky purple-red in color. Mint and red fruit in nose. Tight, needs time to open. Cola and raspberry flavors, later sour cherry with length, tart, minty cola aftertaste. Light weight seed tannins in finish. Nice value in an everyday supermarket wine

Purple red. Jam and cola notes in nose. Cola, salt and soy in mouth, tart citric finish with light berry flavor, coarse weight tannins in finish initially. Later, prune, plum and cranberry flavors dominate. Needs time to open

Dark dark garnet to purple, dark raspberry on the edges
Mineral and raspberry and strawberry on the nose
Decent, medium legs
Medium acid and medium-to-high tannins give it an edge with some remaining softness, but could probably be even better decanted
Quite Lovely
Medium bodied
Dust and tannic finish
7.3

This one is a mouth experience which I look for. 2007 means this has been sitting in a bottle 7 years waiting to be tasted and it's worth the wait. If I find this again I will buy it again. Not the best but certainly worth it.

Big nose, lighter in the palate, kind of open ended, no real bite or anything. It's ok.

Cherry cola with a little bit of vanilla.Very light on the finish. Needs food to amplify the taste.

Velvety, smooth, fruitforward, has developed some interesting parfume-like notes, still drying tannins, with hints of pepper in the finish. Earthy aftertaste

Eight years old and the last Conservancy Concannon I have this wine had cherry and toasty oak with a smooth finish.

Comes across as jammy and sweet. Not enough acidity and tannin structure to balance it out.
