This was quite special, a method traditional from Catalonia Spain, a blend of 65% Chardonnay, 25% Macabeu, 10% Xarello, smoky nose, maybe extra aging, nuts, mash rum and earth. Very dry, crispy bitter acidity, maybe an acquired taste :-) not my type of sparkling. My score 82.
