Medium gold. Sweet fruity nose. Notes of lemon, apricot, tan spice, quince and some kiwi fruit. Very rich in the mouth with fine grain acidity lingering in the finish. This has evolved significantly over the past 10 years, leaving behind the early telltale Coche attributes of crushed stone and petrol notes. It’s in a great spot right now, and given how it’s evolved I’m going to be drinking my remaining bottles up in the next couple of years.
