Soaked black cherry and plum, hung meat, cracked pepper, leather, wilted violet, juniper and mint, pastille and damp earth. Lovely iron and woodsy notes accompanying. WC bringing frshness, focus, and a beautiful spice component. Perfect with bœuf bourguignon.
