If anybody at delectable is listening...
I really enjoy storing photos of labels here and occasionally prefer to comment on a wine. I mean do I get saddle of dressage horse leather or new car smell? These things matter. What I deeply dislike about delectable is I have to score a wine to comment. Scores are occasionally useful but ultimately a limiting way to quantify taste. So many of us here are quick to add our scores. While at the same time deservedly hate on yelp and the inherent limitations of critic 100 point systems. Delectable help people like me.

45% Marsanne, 30% Ugni Blanc, 20% Clairette, 5% Bourboulenc
From seaside vineyards, the plots lie within direct sight of the Mediterranean in some cases or are towered over by the palisade like cap Canaille which forms part of the coast in Cassis.
The aroma is of stone fruits, fresh white spring flowers, fennel spice, all accented salty sea air. The palate is juicy white peaches sprinkled with sea salt, with a touch of licorice like spice. Excellent acidity and body, with a refreshing and clean finish. #cassis #realprovence

Tip of the hat to @AnthonyLombardi for his recent review of this. Glad to have run across it. Solid aromatics, clean crisp, orange blossom, tropical fruits, saline, sea shells. Perfect for a mellow spring evening. Reeaallly good!

I want to drink this every day. Fresh, great richness countered by nerve. Very subtle and elegant. White flowers, stone fruit, honeydew, cheese rind, minerals, almond, crisp citrus notes. Compelling in how refreshing it is
