Brut French Fermented Cider

Tour de France stage 6 enters Normandy and Brittany. Having cider with mimolette. Not bad but didn't love it.

No thanks to apple juice concentrate.

Honeyed, baked apples; low alcohol, very juicy.

Really strong caramel flavor. Good for the price

So great for the price point! Fruity and juicy without being overly sweet. Lots of red fruit flavor.

A refreshing but basic cider from the birth place of liberty on Americas birthday. Great drinking this in the sun.

Santa Claud sings jazz to you in a small bar in Normandy, and you're cold but ruddy. Is this stand up or true mirth? It's the holiday you imagine in a bar near Skid Row in Downtown LA when you take a sip of this and are transported by a northern bite to your tongue. Irony or sincerity--it's so fresh but so sweet! I could go for more fizz, but one only feels permitted to request such things when engulfed by luxury

Apple Butter nose - little funk initially then dry crisp refreshing French cider. Great with pork tenderloin in the fall

Also smells really good.
