Super green and acidic for the first few hours and then started to show its stuff. Either be patient with a decant or lay this one down for some time

Nice pepper flavored Grenache Syrah Cabernet blend. Goes well with lamb. But very expensive for what it is. Not as good as other mid-level Priorates at the same price level.
