Musty leaves and twigs with hints of of raspberries and black cherries on the nose, slightly stewed with the bottle age, and medium cherry on the palate, initially candied with a thin finish, but after about 45 of glass decanting it opened with a much smoother lasting dark cherry med + finish. Tannins completely integrated.. honestly Pretty amazing for a sonoma county 22 year old Zin!!!!
