This was spectacular. Singing. Opened very closed with a orangy, salty, savoury character. With time, the wine broadened, becoming much sweeter, with wonderful meaty, black and red cherry, spice and salt flavours. It was Rhone at its best.

Oct 18th, 2019Structured, detailed, and clean. Cassis, and plumb from the Grenache mixed with pepper cedar notes from the shiraz. Salty character from the terroir. Altitude and cool air from Ventoux giving elegance. Very good
