Lovely dry middle class white wine from the Languedoc Rousillon region, Pays d'Oc. Introduced by in-laws Lizzy & Jaap Verdegaal on December 22. 2015 to accompany terrine de canard. Bit of wood and a light hidden sparkle, one can smell and taste the numerous hours of sunshine that have reached the grapes. Good company for cheese, aperitif with fish and meat bites as well as terrine de canard and pasta dishes.
